Our Story

The paca is a shy, quick-footed rodent native to the Amazon rainforest — the same wild forest that gives us açaí. We named our company after it because, like the paca moving through the understory, we think good food doesn't need to shout. Just real ingredients, honestly sourced, from one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.
